In this Montana marital dissolution case, the Montana Supreme Court declined to disturb the District Court’s valuation of an interest in a wine and beer distributorship.  The District Court had adopted the expert’s report that was industry-specific narrowly tailored and credible.  The other expert had “no particular expertise in valuing interest in a wine and beer distributorship”.
