Klein v. George G. Kerasotes Corporation

In this U.S. Court of Appeals, Seventh Circuit, case, the Court held that
claims related to the sale of stock to a corporation were barred by the statute
of repose in Illinois Securities Law. The claims included the assertions that
the sale was compelled, the value was misrepresented and the value of the stock
was improperly discounted.
