In this marital dissolution case, the Court affirmed the trial court’s valuation of a community business.  The husband did not submit a competing valuation nor offer a rebuttal expert.  In addition, the trial court found that the husband violated court orders, changed passwords, denied the wife access to financial records and ultimately abandoned the business.
