Mr. Goetz has been actively engaged in the business appraisal/investment banking profession since 1983. He has prepared financial analyses and appraisals of stock and partnership interests for many industrial, commercial and institutional clients and assisted in purchase and sale transactions. Appraisals prepared by Mr. Goetz have been used for purposes of mergers and acquisitions, recapitalizations, income tax, gift tax, estate tax, divorces, ESOPs and corporate planning. Ms. Mobley has been involved in the business appraisal profession since 1996. Ms. Mobley assists in the valuation of business enterprises and closely-held stock. She has completed analyses for a variety of types of clients. Ms. Mobley has a Masters degree in Management Information Systems and is also responsible for all of the technical aspects and information management for Capital Advisors, Inc.
Ms. McKellar joined our firm in March 2014. Ms. McKellar has a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies. Ms. McKellar assists with drafting valuation reports. This includes writing industry information summaries, preparing financial spreadsheets, summarizing various legal documents, and collecting economic data and industry data.
